2 Human fertilisation and embryology: regulation A question was asked by Baroness Deech and answered by Earl Howe.

3 Roads: cyclists A question was asked by Lord Palmer and answered by Earl Attlee.

4 Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill A question was asked by Lord McAvoy and answered by Lord McNally.

5 Communications The Chairman of Committees moved that Lord Bragg be appointed a member of the Select Committee. The motion was agreed to.

6 Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology (POST) The Chairman of Committees moved that Lord Krebs be appointed to the Board of the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology (POST) in place of Lord Sutherland of Houndwood. The motion was agreed to.

7 Deputy Chairman of Committees The Chairman of Committees moved that Lord Skelmersdale be appointed to the panel of members to act as Deputy Chairmen of Committees for this session. The motion was agreed to.

8 Bloody Sunday Inquiry Lord Shutt of Greetland moved that this House takes note of the Report of the Bloody Sunday Inquiry. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
