9 Superannuation Bill Lord Wallace of Saltaire moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Grand Committee.

10 Transport: investment Earl Attlee repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.

11 Scottish Parliament (Constituencies and Regions) Order 2010 Lord Wallace of Tankerness moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 1 July be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

12 Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 Baroness Smith of Basildon moved this House takes note of the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2010. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
