1 The Lord Bishop of Birmingham David Andrew Lord Bishop of Birmingham was introduced between the Lord Bishop of London and the Lord Bishop of Wakefield, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
2 Leave of Absence Leave of absence was granted to Lord Williams of Baglan for the remainder of this Parliament.
