1 Elections: fraud A question was asked by Baroness Royall of Blaisdon and answered by Lord McNally.

2 Banking: bonuses A question was asked by Lord Myners and answered by Lord Sassoon.

3 Food: labelling A question was asked by Baroness Seccombe and answered by Lord Henley.

4 Foreign and Commonwealth Office: educational allowances A question was asked by Lord Campbell-Savours and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

5 Deputy Chairmen of Committees The Chairman of Committees moved that Lord Paul be discharged from the panel of members appointed to act as Deputy Chairmen of Committees for this session. The motion was agreed to.

6 Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Bill [HL] The bill was read a third time. An amendment was agreed to and a privilege amendment was agreed to. Then the bill was passed and sent to the Commons.

7 Spending Review 2010 Lord Sassoon moved that this House takes note of the Spending Review 2010. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

8 Terrorism: aviation security Baroness Neville-Jones repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
