11 Housing: Spending Review (2½-hour debate) Baroness Hollis of Heigham moved for papers relating to the impact on housing need and provision of the Budget and the Spending Review 2010. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.

12 Media: ownership (2½-hour debate) Lord Puttnam moved for papers relating to the case for maintaining a broad plurality of media ownership in the United Kingdom. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.

13 Health: diabetes A question was asked by Lord Harrison and, after debate, answered by Earl Howe.
