3 Wedgwood Museum A question was asked by the Earl of Clancarty and answered by Baroness Rawlings.
4 Health: passive smoking A question was asked by Lord Faulkner of Worcester and answered by Earl Howe.
5 Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill Baroness McDonagh moved that it be an instruction to the Committee of the Whole House to which the Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill has been committed that they divide the Bill in two so as to separate the provisions relating to the Parliamentary voting system from those relating to constituencies. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
6 Public Health Earl Howe repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
7 Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill The bill was considered in Committee. Amendments 1 and 2 were disagreed to (see division lists 1 and 2). The House resumed after amendment 4.
