7 Immigration: detention of children A question was asked by Lord Foulkes of Cumnock and answered by Baroness Neville-Jones.

8 Superannuation Bill The report was received. Amendments were agreed to. Amendment 7 was disagreed to (see division list). The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 32)

9 Public Bodies Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 19. Amendments were considered. The House resumed.

10 National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) (Amendment) Order 2010 Lord Wallace of Tankerness moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 25 October be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

The House adjourned. The House resumed.

11 Public Bodies Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 23. The House resumed after amendment 23A.

Grand Committee Business

The Grand Committee met in the Moses Room at 3.45pm.

Budget Responsibility and National Audit Bill [HL] The Grand Committee further considered the bill, beginning with amendment 8. The Committee adjourned after amendment 19.
