6 Devolution (Time) Bill [HL] Lord Tanlaw presented a bill to make provision for the devolution of timescales, time zones and the subject-matter of the Summer Time Act 1972. It was read a first time and ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 34)
7 Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Bill [HL] The bill was returned from the Commons agreed to.
8 Identity Documents Bill The bill was returned from the Commons with a reason. The reason was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 35)
9 Draft Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) (Amendment) Order 2010 Earl Attlee moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 15 November be approved. The motion was agreed to.
10 Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 39AA. Amendments 39AC and 40B were disagreed to (see division lists 1 and 2). Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed.

15 Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the question that clause 7 be agreed to. Amendments were considered. The House resumed after amendment 43.
