Prayers were read by the Lord Bishop of Guildford.
1 Baroness King of Bow Oona Tamsyn King, having been created Baroness King of Bow, of Bow in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, for life by Letters Patent dated in the afternoon of 26 January 2011, was introduced between Lord Alli and Baroness Kinnock of Holyhead, made and subscribed the solemn affirmation and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct. (See Appendix 1)

4 Viscountcy of Colville of Culross in the Peerage of the United Kingdom The Lord Chancellor reported that Charles Mark Townshend Colville had established his succession to the Viscountcy of Colville of Culross in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. The Clerk of the Parliaments was accordingly directed to enter Viscount of Colville of Culross on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5).

10 Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 94. The House resumed.
11 Egypt Lord Howell of Guildford repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
12 Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 95. The House resumed after amendment 107A was agreed to.
