1 Baroness Worthington Bryony Katherine Worthington, having been created Baroness Worthington, of Cambridge in the County of Cambridgeshire, for life by Letters Patent dated in the afternoon of 31 January 2011, was introduced between Lord Eatwell and Lord Bassam of Brighton, made and subscribed the solemn affirmation and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct. 15 Rules of the Court of Judicature (Northern Ireland) (Amendment No. 3) 2010 Lord Strathclyde moved that the Rules be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

16 Control of Donations and Regulation of Loans etc. (Extension of the Prescribed Period) (Northern Ireland) Order 2011 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

17 National Insurance Contributions Bill Lord Sassoon moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Grand Committee.

18 Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the Question that Schedule 4 as amended be agreed to. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed and the bill was reported with amendments. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 44)
