1 Baroness Worthington Bryony Katherine Worthington, having been created Baroness Worthington, of Cambridge in the County of Cambridgeshire, for life by Letters Patent dated in the afternoon of 31 January 2011, was introduced between Lord Eatwell and Lord Bassam of Brighton, made and subscribed the solemn affirmation and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct. (See Appendix)
