1 Lord Stephen Nicol Ross Stephen, Esquire, having been created Baron Stephen, of Lower Deeside in the City of Aberdeen, for life by Letters Patent dated in the afternoon of 2 February 2011, was introduced between Lord Steel of Aikwood and Lord Wallace of Tankerness, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
