1 Independent Commission on Banking A question was asked by Baroness Kramer and answered by Lord Sassoon.

2 Prisons and Young Offender Institutions: education and training A question was asked by Lord Sheldon and answered by Lord McNally.

3 Child Trust Fund A question was asked by the Earl of Listowel and answered by Lord Sassoon.

4 Local government: Big Society A question was asked by Lord Dubs and answered by Baroness Hanham.

5 Public Bodies Bill [HL] After debate, the bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 44. The House resumed for a statement.

6 Libya and the Middle East Lord Strathclyde repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.

7 National Insurance Contributions Bill The bill was reported from the Grand Committee without amendment.

8 Public Bodies Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 48. The House resumed after debate on amendment 49 was adjourned.

9 Israel A question was asked by Lord Dykes and, after debate, answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

10 Public Bodies Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the resumed debate on amendment 49. The House resumed after amendment 59.
