Prayers were read by the Lord Bishop of Liverpool.

Public Business

1 Dog Control Bill [HL] The bill was considered in Committee. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed and the bill was reported with amendments. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 51)

2 Live Music Bill [HL] Lord Clement-Jones moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

3 Building Regulations (Review) Bill [HL] The bill was considered in Committee. An amendment was withdrawn. The House resumed and the bill was reported without amendment.

The House adjourned at 1.48pm until Monday 7 March at 2.30pm.
