1 Lord Blencathra The Rt Hon. David John Maclean, having been created Baron Blencathra, of Penrith in the County of Cumbria, for life by Letters Patent dated 28 February 2011, was introduced between Lord Waddington and Lord Howard of Lympne, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct. (See Appendix)
