1 Legislative Reform (Epping Forest) Order 2011 The Chairman of Committees reported, pursuant to Private Business Standing Order 216, that in his opinion the draft order laid before the House today is such that, apart from the provisions of the Act authorising it to be made, it would require to be enacted by a private or hybrid bill.
