11 Warm Home Discount Regulations 2011 Lord Marland moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 28 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.
12 Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2011 Earl Attlee moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 10 March be approved. The motion was agreed to.
13 Pensions Bill [HL] The report was received. Amendments 1, 3 and 11 were disagreed to (see division lists 1, 2 and 3). The report stage was adjourned.
14 Code of Recommended Practice on Local Authority Publicity Baroness Hanham moved that the draft Code of Recommended Practice laid before the House on 11 February be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
15 Code of Recommended Practice on Local Authority Publicity Lord Beecham moved that this House regrets that the Government's proposed amended Code of Recommended Practice on Local Authority Publicity seeks to impose wide-ranging and unnecessary restrictions on what material democratically elected councils may publish for their citizens; and that this is in direct contradiction of Her Majesty's Government's proclaimed belief in localism. The motion was withdrawn.
16 Pensions Bill [HL] The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 20. Amendments were agreed to. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 61)
