1 Barony of Monson in the Peerage of Great Britain The Petition of Nicholas John Monson claiming to have succeeded to the Barony of Monson in the Peerage of Great Britain and praying that the Clerk of the Parliaments might be directed to enter the petitioner as Lord Monson on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5) was presented and was referred to the Lord Chancellor for a report to the House pursuant to Standing Order 11.

2 Leave of Absence Leave of absence was granted to Lord Hooson for the remainder of this Parliament.

10 Export Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2011 Baroness Wilcox moved that the Order laid before the House on 2 March be approved. The motion was agreed to.

11 Employment Equality (Repeal of Retirement Age Provisions) Regulations 2011 Baroness Wilcox moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 1 March be approved. The motion was agreed to.

12 Patents County Court (Financial Limits) Order 2011 Baroness Wilcox moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 16 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

13 Licensing Act 2003 (Royal Wedding Licensing Hours) Order 2011 Baroness Verma moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 9 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

14 Equality Act 2010 (Public Authorities and Consequential and Supplementary Amendments) Order 2011 Baroness Verma moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 14 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

15 Public Bodies Bill [HL] The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 60A. Amendments were agreed to. Amendments 65, 69 and 71 were disagreed to (see division lists 1, 2 and 3). The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 64)

16 NHS reform Earl Howe repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.

17 Draft Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 (Remedial) Order 2010 Baroness Neville-Jones moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 20 December 2010 be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
