2 Telephone hacking A question was asked by Lord Fowler and answered by Lord Wallace of Saltaire.

3 European Union: Financial Management A question was asked by Lord Campbell of Alloway and answered by Lord Sassoon.

4 Kyrgyzstan A question was asked by Viscount Waverley and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

5 Côte d'Ivoire A question was asked by Baroness Kinnock of Holyhead and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

6 Mental Health (Discrimination) Bill [HL] Lord Stevenson of Coddenham presented a bill to make further provision about discrimination against people on the grounds of their mental health. It was read a first time and ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 65)

7 Postal Services Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 24EB. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed and the bill was reported with amendments. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 66)
