7 Pensions Bill [HL] Baroness Anelay of St Johns signified the Queen's consent. The bill was read a third time. An amendment was agreed to and a privilege amendment was agreed to. Then the bill was passed and sent to the Commons.

8 Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill Baroness Neville-Jones moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
