13 Fixed-term Parliaments Bill After debate, the report was received. Amendments 1 to 3 were disagreed to (see division lists 1 to 3). Amendment 4 was agreed to (see division list 4). An amendment was agreed to. The report stage was adjourned.

14 Jobseeker's Allowance (Mandatory Work Activity Scheme) Regulations 2011 The Countess of Mar moved that this House regrets that it has been given insufficient information to understand the policy objectives of the Jobseeker's Allowance (Mandatory Work Activity Scheme) Regulations 2011 (SI 2011/688), how the scheme will work and whether claimants' prospects of obtaining employment will be improved. After debate, the motion was disagreed to (see division list 5).

15 Fixed-term Parliaments Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 6. Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 18.
