2 Taxation: healthcare insurance A question was asked by Lord Flight and answered by Lord Sassoon.

3 Child trafficking A question was asked by Baroness Massey of Darwen and answered by Baroness Browning.

4 Yemen A question was asked by Lord Clinton-Davis and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

5 Electoral Registration Data Schemes Order 2011 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 26 April be approved. The motion was agreed to.

6 Representation of the People (Electoral Registration Data Schemes) Regulations 2011 Lord McNally moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 26 April be approved. The motion was agreed to.

7 Sports Grounds Safety Authority Bill The order of commitment was discharged.

8 Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 217. The report stage was adjourned after clause 95 was agreed to.

9 Media Ownership (Radio and Cross-media) Order 2011 Baroness Rawlings moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 14 February be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

The House adjourned. The House resumed.

10 Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 233. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 240L.

11 Postal Services Bill The bill was returned from the Commons with the amendments agreed to.
