Prayers were read by the Lord Bishop of Derby.

Public Business

1 Dog Control Bill [HL] The report was received. Amendments were agreed to. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 73)

2 Wind Turbines (Minimum Distance from Residential Premises) Bill [HL] Lord Reay moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

3 Demonstrations in the Vicinity of Parliament (Removal of Authorisation Requirements) Bill [HL] Lord Tyler moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

4 Wreck Removal Convention Bill The bill was considered in Committee. The bill was reported without amendment.

The House adjourned at 1.55pm until Monday 13 June at 2.30pm.
