13 Carbon Budget Order 2011 Lord Marland moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 24 May be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

14 Climate Change Act 2008 (Credit Limit) Order 2011 Lord Marland moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 7 June be approved. The motion was agreed to.

15 Localism Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 118A. The House resumed after amendment 120.
