1 Civil list The Leader of the House (Lord Strathclyde) informed the House that Her Majesty The Queen had commanded him to deliver a message, and the Lord Speaker read the message to the House, as follows:
Her Majesty, being desirous that the provision made by Parliament for the financial support of the Royal Household should be considered, asks the Lords Spiritual and Temporal to concur in the adoption of such measures as the House of Commons may propose as suitable.

Private Business
15 Transport for London (Supplemental Toll Provisions) Bill [HL] Baroness Anelay of St Johns signified the Queen’s consent. The bill was read a third time. Then, after debate, the bill was passed and sent to the Commons.
