1 Civil list The Leader of the House (Lord Strathclyde) informed the House that Her Majesty The Queen had commanded him to deliver a message, and the Lord Speaker read the message to the House, as follows:

Her Majesty, being desirous that the provision made by Parliament for the financial support of the Royal Household should be considered, asks the Lords Spiritual and Temporal to concur in the adoption of such measures as the House of Commons may propose as suitable.

8 Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities Regulations 2011 Lord Sassoon moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 10 June be approved. The motion was agreed to.

9 Gender Recognition (Approved Countries and Territories) Order 2011 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 26 April be approved. The motion was agreed to.

10 Legal Services Act 2007 (Appeals from Licensing Authority Decisions) Order 2011 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 17 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.

11 Legal Services Act 2007 (The Law Society and The Council for Licensed Conveyancers) (Modifications of Functions) Order 2011 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 17 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.

12 Co-operation in Public Protection Arrangements (UK Border Agency) Order 2011 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 23 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.

13 Wreck Removal Convention Bill The report was received.

14 Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill The report was received. Amendments were agreed to. Amendment 3 was disagreed to (see division list). The report stage was adjourned.

Private Business

15 Transport for London (Supplemental Toll Provisions) Bill [HL] Baroness Anelay of St Johns signified the Queen’s consent. The bill was read a third time. Then, after debate, the bill was passed and sent to the Commons.

The House adjourned. The House resumed.

Public Business

16 Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 7A. Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 15.

The House adjourned at 10.32pm until Thursday 30 June at 11.00am.
