4 European Union: Common Fisheries Policy A question was asked by Baroness Parminter and answered by Lord Henley.
5 Energy: fuel poverty A question was asked by Earl Cathcart and answered by Lord Marland.
6 Devolution: England A question was asked by Lord Foulkes of Cumnock and answered by Lord Taylor of Holbeach.
7 Immigration Advisory Service A question was asked by Baroness Hamwee and answered by Baroness Northover.
8 Phone hacking Lord Strathclyde repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
9 Mull of Kintyre Review Lord Astor of Hever repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
10 European Union Bill The Commons Amendments and Reasons were considered. Lords amendments 3 and 5 were not insisted on. Lords amendments 6 to 13 were not insisted on and amendment 13B in lieu was disagreed to (see division list 1). Commons amendments 14A and 14B to Lords amendment 14 were agreed to. Lords amendment 15 was not insisted on and amendment 15B in lieu was disagreed to (see division list 2).
11 Fixed-term Parliaments Bill The bill was returned from the Commons with certain Lords amendments agreed to without amendment and with the remaining Lords amendments disagreed to with reasons. The Commons reasons were ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 85)
12 Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 229A. Amendments were agreed to. Amendment 235 was disagreed to (see division list 3). The report stage was adjourned after amendment 244.
