1 Barony of Wynford in the Peerage of the United Kingdom The Petition of the Honourable John Philip Robert Best claiming to have succeeded to the Barony of Wynford in the Peerage of the United Kingdom and praying that the Clerk of the Parliaments might be directed to enter the petitioner as Lord Wynford on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5) was presented and referred to the Lord Chancellor for a report to the House pursuant to Standing Order 11.

2 Police Federation A question was asked by Lord Morris of Manchester and answered by Baroness Browning.

3 Public disorder: eviction from social housing A question was asked by Lord Dubs and answered by Baroness Hanham.

4 Arab Partnership Initiative A question was asked by Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

5 Armed forces: accommodation A question was asked by Lord Lee of Trafford and answered by Lord Wallace of Saltaire.

6 Business of the House Lord Strathclyde moved that the debate on the motion in the name of Baroness Wheeler set down for today shall be limited to 2 hours and that in the name of Lord Myners to 3 hours. The motion was agreed to.

7 Armed Forces Bill Lord Wallace of Saltaire, on behalf of Lord Astor of Hever, moved that the amendments for the Report stage be marshalled and considered in the following order:

11 Independent Commission on Banking (3-hour debate) Lord Myners moved for papers relating to the report of the Independent Commission on Banking. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.

12 Kosovo A question was asked by Lord Hylton and, after debate, answered by Lord Wallace of Saltaire.
