1 Barony of Wynford in the Peerage of the United Kingdom The Lord Chancellor reported that John Philip Robert Best had established his succession to the Barony of Wynford. The Clerk of the Parliaments was accordingly directed to enter Lord Wynford on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5).

6 Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Bill Lord Henley moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
7 Terrorism Act 2000 (Remedial) Order 2011 Lord Henley moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 17 March be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
