7 Privileges and Conduct The Chairman of Committees moved that the Report from the Select Committee on the Conduct of Lord Taylor of Warwick (8th Report, HL Paper 210) be agreed to. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

8 Suspension from the House The Chairman of Committees moved to resolve that Lord Taylor of Warwick be suspended from the service of the House for 12 months, with effect from 31 May 2011. The motion was agreed to.

9 Privileges and Conduct The Chairman of Committees moved that the Report from the Select Committee on the Conduct of Lord Hanningfield (9th Report, HL Paper 211) be agreed to. The motion was agreed to.

10 Suspension from the House The Chairman of Committees moved to resolve that Lord Hanningfield be suspended from the service of the House for nine months, with effect from 1 July 2011. The motion was agreed to.

11 Privileges and Conduct The Chairman of Committees moved that the Report from the Select Committee on the Guide to the Code of Conduct (10th Report, HL Paper 212) be agreed to. The motion was agreed to.

12 Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Bill Baroness Stowell of Beeston, on behalf of Lord Henley, moved that the amendments for the Report stage be marshalled and considered in the following order:
