6 Local Authorities (Contracting Out of Community Infrastructure Levy Functions) Order 2011 Baroness Hanham moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 7 September be approved. The motion was agreed to.

7 West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2011 Baroness Hanham moved that the Order laid before the House on 10 October be approved. The motion was agreed to.

8 Health and Social Care Bill After debate, the bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 60A. The House resumed.
