8 Electricity and Gas (Carbon Emissions and Community Energy Saving) (Amendment) Order 2011 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
9 Storage of Carbon Dioxide (Inspections etc.) Regulations 2011 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
10 Elected Local Policing Bodies (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2011 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
11 Financial Restrictions (Iran) Order 2011 Lord Strathclyde moved that the Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
12 Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
13 Open-Ended Investment Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2011 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
14 Health and Social Care Bill Earl Howe moved that the House do now again resolve itself into a Committee on the Bill. Then Baroness Thornton moved, as an amendment to the motion, at end to insert "but that this House regrets the Government’s appeal against the Information Commissioner’s ruling that the Government should release the Transition Risk Register; notes that the Information Commissioner says that disclosure would aid public understanding and debate on crucial aspects of the Bill; and requests that the Secretary of State reconsider his decision to withhold the information in order that this House can have the information in time to be considered during the passage of the Bill." After debate, the amendment was disagreed to (see division list) and the original motion was agreed to. Then the bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 240. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed.
15 Schools: sport A question was asked by Lord Addington and, after debate, answered by Baroness Garden of Frognal.
16 Health and Social Care Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 258. The House resumed after amendment 260E.

European Union and Sudan (EUC Report) Lord Teverson moved that the Grand Committee do consider the Report of the European Union Committee on The EU and Sudan: on the Brink of Change (18th Report, HL Paper 160). After debate, the motion was agreed to.
