13 Charities Bill [HL] The bill was returned from the Commons agreed to.

14 Transport for London Bill [HL] Baroness Grey-Thompson moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Select Committee.

15 Health and Social Care Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 277D. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed after amendment 295G.

Grand Committee Business

Protection of Freedoms Bill The Grand Committee considered the bill (in respect of clauses 26–53, 57–63, 85–115 and Schedules 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8–10). The Committee adjourned after amendment 115.
