2 Somalia: piracy A question was asked by Lord Naseby and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

3 Social networking sites A question was asked by Lord Storey and answered by Baroness Garden of Frognal.

4 European Union: European Council A question was asked by Lord Soley and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

5 Democratic Republic of Congo A question was asked by Lord McConnell of Glenscorrodale and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

6 Inheritance (Cohabitants) Bill [HL] Lord Lester of Herne Hill presented a bill to make provision about the property of deceased persons who are survived by a cohabitant. It was read a first time and ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 120)

7 European Union (Definition of Treaties) (Republic of Korea Free Trade Agreement) Order 2011 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

8 Local Better Regulation Office (Dissolution and Transfer of Functions, Etc.) Order 2012 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

9 Welfare Reform Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 33. Amendments were agreed to. Amendments 36A, 38 and 38A were agreed to (see division lists 1 to 3). The report stage was adjourned after amendment 39.

10 European Union: healthcare A question was asked by Lord Kakkar and, after debate, answered by Earl Howe.

The House adjourned. The House resumed.

11 Welfare Reform Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 40. Amendments were agreed to. Amendment 45A was agreed to (see division list 4). The report stage was adjourned after amendment 50.
