6 Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (Dissolution) Order 2012 Baroness Rawlings moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 29 November be approved. The motion was agreed to.

7 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 36. The House resumed after amendment 60.

8 Independent Monitoring Commission for Northern Ireland A question was asked by Baroness Harris of Richmond and, after debate, answered by Lord Shutt of Greetland.

9 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 61. The House resumed after amendment 72D.
