7 Jobseeker's Allowance (Jobseeking and Work for Your Benefit) (Amendment and Revocation) Regulations 2012 Lord Freud moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 21 November be approved. The motion was agreed to.

8 Special Educational Needs (Direct Payments) (Pilot Scheme) Order 2012 Lord Hill of Oareford moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 7 December be approved. The motion was agreed to.

9 Welfare Reform Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 58C. Amendment 58D was disagreed to (see division list 1). Amendment 59 was agreed to (see division list 2). The report stage was adjourned.
