6 Welfare Reform Bill The bill was returned from the Commons with certain Lords amendments agreed to, with another Lords amendment agreed to with an amendment, and with reasons for disagreeing to the remaining Lords amendments. It was ordered that the Commons reasons and amendment be printed. (HL Bill 126)

7 Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2012 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

8 Licensing Act 2003 (Diamond Jubilee Licensing Hours) Order 2012 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

9 Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2012 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

10 Scotland Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 18. An amendment was agreed to. The House resumed after clause 14 was agreed to.

11 People trafficking A question was asked by Lord Eames and, after debate, answered by Earl Attlee.

12 Scotland Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 22. Clause 17 was negatived. The House resumed after clause 21 was agreed to.
