4 Sahel A question was asked by Lord McConnell of Glenscorrodale and answered by Baroness Northover.

5 Local Digital Television Programme Services Order 2012 Baroness Rawlings moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 15 December be approved. The motion was agreed to.

6 Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 (Directions to OFCOM) Order 2012 Baroness Rawlings moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 15 December be approved. The motion was agreed to.

7 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 178. Amendments were agreed to. Clause 112 was disagreed to. The House resumed.

8 Energy: feed-in tariffs Baroness Stowell of Beeston repeated as a ministerial statement the answer given to an Urgent Question in the House of Commons.

9 Olympic Games 2012: match fixing and suspicious betting A question was asked by Lord Moynihan and, after debate, answered by Baroness Garden of Frognal.

10 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 178B. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed after clause 120, as amended, was agreed to.
