9 Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2012 Lord Freud moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

10 Guaranteed Minimum Pensions Increase Order 2012 Lord Freud moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

11 Pensions Act 2008 (Abolition of Protected Rights) (Consequential Amendments) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2012 Lord Freud moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

12 Revenue and Customs Appeals Order 2012 Lord Sassoon moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 11 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

13 Health and Social Care Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 13. Amendments were agreed to. Amendments 17 and 18 were disagreed to (see division lists 1 and 2). The report stage was adjourned after amendment 19.

14 Assisted dying A question was asked by Baroness Jay of Paddington and, after debate, answered by Lord Wallace of Tankerness.

15 Health and Social Care Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 20. Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 38.
