3 Roads: traffic lights A question was asked by Lord Spicer and answered by Earl Attlee.

4 Organ transplantation A question was asked by Baroness Gardner of Parkes and answered by Earl Howe.

5 Film industry: development and production A question was asked by Baroness Jones of Whitchurch and answered by Baroness Garden of Frognal.

6 Health: neurological conditions A question was asked by Lord Walton of Detchant and answered by Earl Howe.

7 Welfare Reform Bill The bill was returned from the Commons on Wednesday 22 February with a reason for disagreeing to the Lords amendments. The Commons reason was printed in accordance with Standing Order 50(2). (HL Bill 130)

8 Licensing Act 2003 (Diamond Jubilee Licensing Hours) Order 2012 Lord Henley moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 12 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

9 Health and Social Care Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 38A. Amendments 38B and 38C were disagreed to (see division lists 1 and 2). Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned.
