Public Business

3 Middle East: Quartet A question was asked by Baroness Falkner of Margravine and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

4 Local authorities: standards A question was asked by Lord Tyler and answered by Baroness Hanham.

5 Devolution: Wales A question was asked by Lord Roberts of Llandudno and answered by Lord Wallace of Tankerness.

6 Schools: curriculum A question was asked by Lord Rennard and answered by Lord Hill of Oareford.

7 St Albans and Welwyn Hatfield (Boundary Change) Order 2012 Baroness Hanham moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 16 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

8 Public Services (Social Value) Bill The bill was read a third time and passed.

9 Scotland Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 44B. The House resumed.

10 Health and Social Care Bill Earl Howe repeated as a ministerial statement the answer given to an Urgent Question in the House of Commons.

The House adjourned. The House resumed.

11 Scotland Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the question that clause 29 be agreed to. The House resumed after amendment 52.
