1 Lord St John of Fawsley The Lord Speaker informed the House that Lord St John of Fawsley, a member of the House, had died on 2 March 2012.

The motion was agreed to.
7 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill After debate, the report was received. Amendments 1, 2 and 3 were agreed to (see division lists 1 to 3). Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned.
