7 Business of the House Lord Strathclyde moved that Standing Order 40(1) (Arrangement of the order paper) be dispensed with on Tuesday 13 March to enable proceedings on the Health and Social Care Bill to take place before oral questions. The motion was agreed to.

8 Schools (Specification and Disposal of Articles) Regulations 2012 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

9 Alternative Provision Academies (Consequential Amendments to Acts) (England) Order 2012 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

13 Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

14 Automatic Enrolment (Offshore Employment) Order 2012 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

15 Supply and Appropriation (Anticipation and Adjustments) Bill Lord Sassoon moved that the bill be now read a second time. The motion was agreed to and the Committee was negatived. Then, Standing Order 46 having been dispensed with, the bill was read a third time and passed.

16 Health and Social Care Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 163AA. Amendment 163AA was disagreed to (see division list 1). Manuscript amendment 163BZZB as an amendment to manuscript amendment 163BZZA was disagreed to (see division list 2). Amendments 163BA, 165 and 178A were disagreed to (see division lists 3 to 5). Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned.
