5 Manufacturing A question was asked by Lord Bates and answered by Lord Green of Hurstpierpoint.

6 Health and Social Care Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 218. Amendments were agreed to. Amendments 220A, 223A and 238H were disagreed to (see division lists 1, 2 and 4). Amendment 231B was agreed to (see division list 3). The report stage was adjourned after amendment 239.
