7 Health and Social Care Bill A private notice question was asked by Baroness Royall of Blaisdon and answered by Earl Howe.

8 Localism Act 2011 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2012 Baroness Hanham moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

9 Parish Councils (General Power of Competence) (Prescribed Conditions) Order 2012 Baroness Hanham moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

10 Insolvency Act 1986 (Disqualification from Parliament) Order 2012 Lord Shutt of Greetland moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

11 Protection of Freedoms Bill The Queen's Consent was signified. The bill was read a third time. Amendments were agreed to. After debate, the bill was passed and returned to the Commons with amendments.

12 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 74. Amendments 74 and 74A were disagreed to (see division lists 1 and 2). Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 118.
