10 Schools (Specification and Disposal of Articles) Regulations 2012 Lord Hill of Oareford moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 19 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

11 Alternative Provision Academies (Consequential Amendments to Acts) (England) Order 2012 Lord Hill of Oareford moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 1 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

12 Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2012 Lord Hill of Oareford moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 1 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

13 Parliament Square (Management) Bill [HL] The report was received.

14 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill The bill was read a third time. Amendments were agreed to. Amendments 3 and 4 were agreed to (see division lists 1 and 2). Amendments 5 and 16 were disagreed to (see division lists 3 and 4). Amendment 19 was moved. After debate, the House divided. The numbers were equal (see division list 5), so the amendment was disagreed to in accordance with Standing Order 56. Amendments 21, 24, 25, 31 and 41 were disagreed to (see division lists 6 to 10). Then the bill was passed and returned to the Commons with amendments.

15 Water Industry (Financial Assistance) Bill Lord Taylor of Holbeach moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the Committee was negatived. Then, Standing Order 46 having been dispensed with, the bill was read a third time and passed.
