6 Spencer Perceval A question was asked by Lord Blair of Boughton and answered by Lord Wallace of Saltaire.

7 Health and Social Care Act 2012 A question was asked by Baroness Deech and answered by Earl Howe.

9 Sunday Trading (London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games) Bill [HL] Lord De Mauley, on behalf of Lord Sassoon, moved that the bill be committed to a Committee of the Whole House. The motion was agreed to.

10 Parliament Square (Management) Bill [HL] The bill was read a third time. Then, after debate, the bill was passed and sent to the Commons.

11 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill The Commons reasons and amendment were considered.

Motion A Lords amendment 1B was not insisted on.

Motion B The numbers being equal, Lords amendments 2B and 196B were not insisted on in accordance with SO56 (see division list).

Motion C Lords amendment 31 was not insisted on and Commons amendment 31C was agreed to.

12 Trusts (Capital and Income) Bill [HL] The Second Reading Committee reported that it had considered the bill.

13 Public Bodies (Abolition of Courts Boards) Order 2012
Apprenticeships (Alternative English Completion Conditions) Regulations 2012

The Grand Committee reported that it had considered the draft statutory instruments.

14 Leveson Inquiry Baroness Garden of Frognal repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.

15 European Union: United Kingdom Convergence Programme Lord De Mauley moved that this House approves, for the purposes of section 5 of the European Communities (Amendment) Act 1993, the Government’s assessment as set out in the Budget Report, combined with the Office for Budget Responsibility’s Economic and Fiscal Outlook, which forms the basis of the United Kingdom’s Convergence Programme. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

Apprenticeships (Alternative English Completion Conditions) Regulations 2012 Baroness Wilcox moved that the Grand Committee do consider the draft Apprenticeships (Alternative English Completion Conditions) Regulations 2012. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
