2 Tobacco: smuggling A question was asked by Lord Dubs and answered by Lord Sassoon.
3 Health: Clinical Commissioning Groups A question was asked by Lord Hunt of Kings Heath and answered by Earl Howe.
4 Economy: credit easing policy A question was asked by Lord Barnett and answered by Lord Sassoon.
5 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference 2015 A question was asked by Baroness Miller of Chilthorne Domer and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.
6 Apprenticeships (Alternative English Completion Conditions) Regulations 2012 Baroness Wilcox moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 27 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.
7 Sunday Trading (London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games) Bill [HL] The bill was considered in Committee. Amendment 1 was agreed to (see division list 1). Amendments 1E and 1G were disagreed to (see division lists 2 and 3). Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed and the bill was reported with amendments. Then, Standing Order 46 having been dispensed with, the report was received. The bill was read a third time and passed. The bill was sent to the Commons.
8 Afghanistan: troop levels Lord Astor of Hever repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
