4 Queen's Speech The Lord Chamberlain, Earl Peel, delivered Her Majesty’s reply to the Address of 17 May, as follows:

10 Small and Medium Sized Enterprises The Chairman of Committees moved that a Select Committee be appointed to consider Her Majesty’s Government’s assistance and promotion of the export of products and services by small and medium sized enterprises, and to make recommendations, and that, as proposed by the Committee of Selection, the following members be appointed to the Committee:
