2 Privileges and Conduct

3 Health: public information and advice A question was asked by Lord Sharkey and answered by Earl Howe.

4 Health: needlestick injuries A question was asked by Lord Walton of Detchant and answered by Lord Freud.

5 Government of France: meetings A question was asked by Lord Dykes and answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.

6 Budget: cost of changes A question was asked by Lord Barnett and answered by Lord Sassoon.

7 Constitution The Chairman of Committees moved that Lord Lang of Monkton be appointed a member of the Select Committee in place of Lord Renton of Mount Harry, resigned. The motion was agreed to.

8 Crime and Courts Bill [HL] Lord Henley moved that it be an instruction to the Committee of the Whole House to which the Crime and Courts Bill [HL] has been committed that they consider the bill in the following order:

9 Groceries Code Adjudicator Bill [HL] Baroness Wilcox moved that the order of 22 May committing the bill to a Committee of the Whole House be discharged and that the bill be committed to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

10 Groceries Code Adjudicator Bill [HL] Baroness Wilcox moved that it be an instruction to the Grand Committee to which the Groceries Code Adjudicator Bill [HL] has been committed that they consider the bill in the following order:

11 Local Government Finance Bill Baroness Hanham moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Grand Committee.
