7 Terrorism Act 2000 (Codes of Practice for the Exercise of Stop and Search Powers) Order 2012 Lord Henley moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 10 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.
8 Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Code of Practice for the Video Recording with Sound of Post-Charge Questioning) Order 2012 Lord Henley moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 10 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.
9 Terrorism Act 2000 (Video Recording with Sound of Interviews and Associated Code of Practice) Order 2012 Lord Henley moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 10 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.
10 Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Codes of Practice) (Revision of Codes C, G and H) Order 2012 Lord Henley moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 10 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.
11 Statutory Auditors (Amendment of Companies Act 2006 and Delegation of Functions etc.) Order 2012 Baroness Wilcox moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
12 Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Determination of Turnover for Monetary Penalties) Order 2012 Lord Hill of Oareford moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
13 Financial Services Bill Lord Strathclyde, on behalf of Lord Sassoon, moved that
(a) the following provisions of the Financial Services Bill be committed to a Committee of the Whole House:
(i) Clauses 1 to 4 (the Bank of England);
(ii) Clause 5 (the new regulators);
(iii) Schedules 1 to 3 (Schedules relating to the Bank of England and the new regulators); and
(b) the remainder of the bill be committed to a Grand Committee.
Then Lord Hamilton of Epsom moved, as an amendment to the original motion, to leave out from "that" to the end and insert "the bill be committed to a Committee of the Whole House". After debate, the amendment was agreed to (see division list). Then the original motion, as amended, was agreed to.
14 Civil Aviation Bill Earl Attlee moved that the bill be committed to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
15 Civil Aviation Bill Earl Attlee moved that it be an instruction to the Grand Committee to which the Civil Aviation Bill has been committed that they consider the bill in the following order:

18 Crime and Courts Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the question that clause 2 be agreed to. The House resumed after amendment 27A.
