9 Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2012 Lord Sassoon moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

10 Financial Services Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 46. Amendments were considered. The House resumed.

11 Future of specialist disability employment Lord Freud repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
